Please read the following shipping and delivery terms carefully. --- 1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed only after payment confirmation and design approval (if applicable). Standard production time: 1–5 business days, depending on the product type and quantity. Large or bulk orders may take additional time; customers will be informed in advance. --- 2. Delivery Methods We offer the following delivery options: Store Pickup You may collect your order directly from our shop in Kozhikode once it’s ready. We will notify you via phone or WhatsApp when your order is available for pickup. Local Delivery / Courier We deliver orders through trusted courier or logistics partners across India. Shipping charges vary depending on location, weight, and package size. Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched. --- 3. Delivery Time Typical delivery time within Kerala: 2–5 business days after dispatch. Other Indian locations: 3–8 business days, depending on courier service. Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, or courier issues, which are beyond our control. --- 4. Shipping Charges Shipping costs are displayed at checkout or shared while confirming your order. For bulk or customized items, shipping will be calculated based on weight and delivery location. Free delivery may be offered for select orders or promotional offers. --- 5. Damaged or Missing Packages Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If your order is damaged, tampered, or missing items, notify us immediately with photos or unboxing video proof. We will coordinate with the courier partner and, if verified, provide a replacement or reprint at no extra cost. --- 6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply. --- 7.
