We take pride in providing high-quality printing, design, and customized products. Since most of our items are made-to-order, we follow the policy below for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed through our website, WhatsApp, or in-store:
You will receive an order confirmation via email, message, or invoice.
Production starts only after receiving full payment or advance confirmation.
Please check all details (design, quantity, size, spelling, layout) carefully before confirming.

2. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before printing or production has started.
Once printing or customization begins, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If an order is cancelled before production, any payment made will be refunded after deducting applicable processing charges (like design or setup cost).

3. Returns and Replacements
Since every product is custom printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
The product is defective or damaged during production.
There is a clear error from our side (for example: wrong size, wrong design, or wrong product delivered).
To request a replacement:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Provide a clear photo or video showing the issue.
3. Once verified, we will replace or reprint the product at no extra cost.

4. Refunds
Refunds are approved only in cases where:
The product cannot be reprinted or replaced due to valid reasons.
The cancellation request was made before production started.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Color & Print Variation
Please note:
Minor color variations (up to 10%) may occur due to monitor settings, paper type, or material differences.
Such variations are normal in printing and are not considered defects.
We recommend requesting a sample or proof before bulk printing.

6. File and Design Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of files, spellings, and content provided.
Signature Prints is not liable for errors in customer-supplied artwork.
Design correction or reprint charges may apply for resubmissions.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order is damaged or lost during courier transit:
Please notify us immediately with images or proof.
We will coordinate with the delivery partner to resolve the issue or offer a replacement.
